Throughout his military career, Simeon led organizations supporting national defense, workforce development, organizational transformation, and strategic operations across the Indo-Pacific. His experience includes leading large, diverse teams, managing complex programs, strengthening workforce pipelines, and building partnerships across government, education, and industry.

With more than 20 years of experience in program strategy, organizational development, curriculum design, and workforce innovation, Naimah Yeboah serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of Sky Global Consulting LLC. She leads the firm’s strategic planning, program development, procurement and proposal strategy, organizational consulting, and workforce initiatives, partnering with government agencies, military organizations, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and private sector clients throughout the United States and internationally.
A published author and accomplished curriculum developer, Naimah has designed nationally recognized experiential learning models, workforce readiness curricula, leadership development programs, and entrepreneurship education that have impacted thousands of youths, adults, educators, and organizations. Prior to co-founding Sky Global Consulting, she co-founded NIRO, an award-winning social enterprise recognized nationally for its innovative approach to entrepreneurship education and experiential learning.
Naimah’s leadership and work have been featured by Forbes, Capital One Spark Business, Hartford Business Journal, The Hartford Courant, Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame, and Connecticut News Junkie.
